What visits leave behind.

A few words from recent jobs. Replace these with live reviews when you have them.

“Turned up on time, explained what he was doing, and left the living room cleaner than he found it. Certificate was in my inbox that evening.”

Sarah P. · Ashford

“We had not had the wood burner swept in years. He showed us the tar he pulled out and booked us in for next autumn without any fuss.”

James & Helen T. · Tenterden

“Jackdaws had nested in the pot. Cleared the same week, fitted a guard, and the fire draws properly again. Straightforward and fairly priced.”

Mike R. · Wye

Before you book

How often should a chimney be swept?

For wood or multi-fuel, once a year is the usual advice — twice if you burn a lot through winter. Smokeless coal is typically once a year. Gas fires vary; we can advise when we know the appliance.

Do I need to be in?

Yes. We need access to the fire or stove, and sometimes to the loft or the pot from outside. Allow about an hour for a standard sweep.

Will there be a mess?

We sheet the hearth and furniture nearby and use sealed equipment. Soot stays in the flue and our bags, not on your carpet. You should not need to re-clean the room.

Do you issue a certificate?

Yes. Every sweep comes with a written certificate you can keep for insurance, a landlord, or your own records.

What do you charge?

Replace this with real prices when you have them. Until then, we quote on the phone once we know the appliance and whether there is a nest or a liner.

Book this season before the first cold snap.

Tell us the appliance and the postcode. We will come back with a time, not a sales script.
